Slowly but surely, Buick is refining and redefining its stable of cars and SUVs. The 2020 Buick Enclave is getting a number of premium enhancements for the new model year and the company is expected to bring the new 2020 Buick Encore GX to market in the spring.

2020 Buick Enclave

The 2020 Enclave comes standard with a new 8-inch infotainment touch screen. The new screen supports satellite radio including the new SiriusXM 360L and navigation, both of which are available.

The 2020 model will also be available with a high-definition rearview camera, surround view camera, four-way lumbar power-adjustable seats with driver and front passenger massage functions. Massaging functionality comes standard on Premium and Avenir models.

Buick will offer the Enclave with the new Sport Touring (ST) package for the 2020 model year. The ST package incldues a unique Sport grille with body-color surround and 20-inch bright machined aluminum wheels with contrasting Satin Graphite pockets. The package is available on the Enclave Essence trim level.

Exterior revisions are also part of the updates for 2020. The top-tier Enclave Avenir gets a lower panel that matches the rest of the exterior and three new paint jobs: Champagne Gold Metallic, Rich Garnet Metallic (Avenir only) and Dark Moon Blue Metallic.

The 2020 Buick Enclave starts at $41,195.

2020 Buick Encore GX

Buick is introducing the Buick Encore GX, a crossover positioned between the Buick Envision and Buick Encore into the company’s lineup.

The Encore GX will include a long list of standard and available advanced driver assistance and safety features including forward pedestrian detection and braking, automatic emergency braking, forward collision assist, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, rearview camera mirror, and a HD surround view camera system.

Buick offers that the Encore GX will have five cubic feet more cargo space than the Encore and three cubic feet less than the Envision. Those dimensions are similar to the Cadillac XT4 and Nissan Rogue Sport, and above the space offered by the Hyundai Kona, Toyota C-HR, and Honda Fit.
