There have been concerns raised that Mitsubishi is no longer as committed to the U.S. market as it has been in the past. With a new headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee and news today of five new product launches planned in the next year, it appears that concern was a bit overblown.
Between today and the second quarter of 2021, Mitsubishi will launch three “considerably redesigned” vehicles, one fresh variant, and one ground-up redesigned model.
Here’s what to expect, by date.
The Mitsubishi Outlander Sport was refreshed for the 2020 model year. It will carryover for the 2021 model year with additional standard equipment improvements. It is the company’s best-selling model in North America.
Every Mitsubishi vehicle will receive standard Forward Collision Mitigation with Pedestrian Detection active safety features in the new year as well.
