Pickup trucks have long been more than the rugged workhorse vehicles they once were. People buy and use trucks as their everyday vehicles, and automakers have responded by making more spacious, comfortable, and efficient pickups. Nowhere is that more apparent than with Ram, whose 1500 light duty pickup truck carried away award after award when its new generation hit the streets in 2019. In its top trims, the Ram 1500 shames many luxury cars on interior quality, comfort, and technology, but the brand isn’t done adding “stuff.”
If you needed any confirmation that big, luxurious pickup trucks are here to stay, here it is. Today, Ram Trucks announced the Ram 1500 Limited 10th Anniversary Edition. Beyond having a tongue-twister for a name, the truck is packed to the gills with highbrow materials and features.

To set it apart on the outside, the truck will get an exclusive Blue Shade paint color, along with a multi-function tailgate and adjustable cargo tie-down hooks. Inside, Ram says that the 1500’s already impressive interior will be pushed further into premium territory with quilted leather upholstery and door inserts, a suede headliner, and special 10th anniversary badges. The truck’s digital gauge cluster and infotainment screen will display unique graphics upon vehicle startup. Capping off the plush cabin, the Anniversary Edition truck will be offered with a new Indigo and Sea Salt Grey interior color and will get a 19-speaker premium audio system.
The 2022 Ram 1500 Limited 10th Anniversary Special Edition is sold only in a crew cab body style. Ram offers the truck with either the 5.7-liter V8 with eTorque or with its 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine. The new special edition expands the already mammoth Ram 1500 lineup. At the bottom end of the spectrum is the Ram 1500 Tradesman, a stripped-down work truck with only the essentials. From there, there is the Big Horn, the Laramie, the Rebel, the Limited Longhorn, and the Limited. All of that is on top of the Hellcat-powered Ram 1500 TRX and the Ram 1500 Classic, which itself is offered in three trim levels.
