Audi is making just 200 of the new special edition 2020 Audi RS 3 Nardo. The RS 3 Nardo is the most sport-centric variant of the compact car, delivering the highest level of performance Audi offers in the model.
The exterior of the car features a Nardo Gray paint job with Black Optic exterior trim. It also has staggered 19-inch five-arm-blade design wheels in bi-color black finish, red brake calipers, a black rear lip spoiler, exterior mirror housings in gloss black, RS Singleframe grille, and black Audi rings and badges.
Like the RS 3, the model comes standard with a 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine. The RS 3 Nardo builds on the the performance of the RS 3 sedan, upping its maximum speed to 174 mph (a 19 mph increase) and adding a standard RS fixed sport suspension. This is designed to give drivers a more invigorating time on the track with increased acceleration and cornering capability.
The car comes complete with a Sport exhaust system with black tips that emits a distinct engine note.
Inside there are RS embroidered floor mats, Alcantara knee pads with Crescendo Red stitching, Crescendo Red air vents and accent rings and seatbelts with red edges. Audi Sport® Carbon inlays can also be found throughout the interior.
The car also has Audi virtual cockpit, navigation, and MMI touch with handwriting-recognition technology, all designed to offer a seamless integration of more usable technology.
The Audi virtual cockpit has a 12.3-inch display that displays information on tire pressure (when equipped with the Dynamic plus package), horsepower/torque, and a G-meter. When in manual shift mode and when approaching the engine redline, the tachometer acts as a shift light and changes colors, prompting the driver to upshift via the steering wheel paddle or gear selector lever.
The Audi RS 3 Nardo edition is now avaailbe with an MSRP of $59,900 plus $995 in delivery charges.
