Infiniti is shuffling things around a bit in its lineup for 2021.

The Infiniti Q50 isn’t much changed for the 2021 model year, but if you’re digging its looks, there’s a few things you’ll want to note. It is currently on sale at dealerships nationwide.

The 2021 Infiniti Q50 is available in three trim levels: Pure, Luxe, Red Sport 400, and Sensory. Sensory is new this model year and packages together the top-tier features the luxury arm of Nissan offers on their sedan.

Infiniti is offering the model in two new paint colors: Slate Gray and Grand Blue.

The automaker has added to its suite of standard and available safety technologies, making them more accessible to buyers. In the Q50 Luxe, buyers now get blind spot warning, lane departure warning (now with haptic steering), Intelligent Around View Monitor with moving object detection, adaptive cruise control, rear collision intervention assist, Distance Control Assist, and automatic high beams standard.

The Q50 Red Sport 400 gets new Black Matte Carbon Fiber interior trim and black exterior trim highlights.

The Q50 Sensory delivers a sporty front and rear fascia design, has leather-appointed sports seats, a Bose Performance Series Audio 16-speaker stereo with Bose Centerpoint simulated sound, black open pore wood trim, and a black headliner and pillars.

Buyers of either the Sensory or Red Sport 400 grade receive new power-folding, auto-dimming outside mirrors with a reverse tilt-down feature.

These changes are on top of the augmentations Infiniti made to the car for the 2020 model year, which included a new-generation Infiniti InTouch System that came complete with a high-definition dual-display (8-inch upper and 7-inch lower touch screens), Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

Infiniti continues to offer the car with rear- or all-wheel drive. It’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that delivers 300 horsepower in the Pure, Luxe, and Sensory grades. The Q50 Red Sport 400 has 400 maximum horsepower.

Pricing for the 2021 Q50 starts at $36,600 for rear-wheel drive models and $38,600 for all-wheel drive cars. That’s an increase of just $200 over the 2020 model.

The MSRP for the 2021 Q50 starts at $36,600 for the RWD and $38,600 for the AWD.
