ExxonMobil announced a new partnership with AARP that will allow members to earn enhanced Exxon Mobil Rewards benefits just for being members of the nation’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people 50 and older.
As part of the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ loyalty program, AARP members will earn four cents in points per gallon on fuel and three cents in points per dollar spent on convenience store and car wash purchases at more than 11,500 Exxon and Mobil stations across the United States.
ExxonMobil is also now offering 3% cash back when you pay with your Apple Card.

This is one point more than what standard Exxon Mobil Rewards+ members receive for their purchases.
“We’re excited to offer these benefits to the over 38 million AARP members and welcome them into our loyalty family,” said Eric Carmichael, Americas fuels marketing manager for ExxonMobil. “As more people get back on the road, members will be able to put those loyalty points to good use for both fuel and convenience store items.”
There are other benefits as well. Members get a 200-point sign-up bonus after their first fuel purchase. This is equivalent to $2 in savings. Every three months, members will receive double the points on a fuel purchase for a single fill-up on AARP member days.
If you’re one of those that fuels up often, you’ll earn even more rewards. Premium Status is given to users who make three purchases of eight gallons or more of Synergy Supreme+ fuel with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program. Those who achieve Premium Status will earn seven points per gallon as opposed to the standard six points per gallon on purchases of Synergy Supreme+ premium gasoline.
Other rewards will periodically be offered.
To take advantage of the offer, AARP members will need to download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app. The app allows for payment at the pump, lessening the amount of physical contact users have with their surroundings.
