If you made a deposit for your 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E, you can now convert your reservation to an order. The company began taking reservations shortly after the model was unveiled during festivities surrounding last year’s LA Auto Show. Premium, First Edition, and California Route 1 grades are all expected to be ready for delivery by the end of 2020.

In December, Ford announced that Mach-E First Edition reservations were full.

This March, the company revealed that it had received reservations from buyers in all 50 U.S. states. Customers in the west and southwest, where cities are further apart and commutes are longer make up most of the customers who ordered models targeted to reach an EPA-estimated 300 miles of range and come with rear-wheel drive. California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington were the states with the strongest sales.

At that time, nearly 30 percent of all Mustang Mach-E reservations were for the Mach-E GT, which will not arrive until mid-2021. The top-tier GT trim level starts at $60,500. For that price, buyers get all-wheel drive, 235 miles of range, 459 horsepower, and 612 pound-feet of torque. There’s also 20-inch forged wheels, Brembo brakes, an adaptive Magnaride suspension, and exterior trim upgrades.

More than a quarter of all reservations have come from California.

Just two weeks ago the company announced that the model will be getting the next-generation of Ford Co-Pilot360 safety and driver assistance technology. The system will now allow for hands-free driving, called Active Drive Assist. When it revealed the next-gen 2021 Ford F-150 last week the company shared that the same technology would be available on that model.

A partnership with Electrify America allows Mustang Mach-E owners to receive 250 kilowatt-hours of free charging when they sign up for the service with their Ford Pass app.

The availability of a Cyber Orange paint job for the Mustang Mach-E was recently announced.
