Whether you’re in the market for a new SUV or just going to browse the buffet, there are hundreds of vehicles to feast your eyes on at auto shows across the country this year. Among the highlights are new SUVs from Hyundai, the all-electric Ford Mustang Mach-E, the adventure-ready Toyota 4Runner Trail, and a host of quirky subcompacts.
The 2020 Dallas Auto Show will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center from March 18 to 22. In addition to the new models, the CBS 11 Classic Car Corral will return as will the Auto Tech Competition. Tickets are $15 for adults, $7 for senior citizens 65 and older and children ages 6-12, $10 for military with ID, and children 5 and under are admitted free. Discount coupons are available at participating franchised new car dealerships.

2020 Hyundai Palisade

This three-row Hyundai SUV is new for the 2020 model year. It replaces the old three-row Hyundai Santa Fe, which was replaced with a new two-row model in 2018. The Palisade is well-regarded for its high-quality interior, competent 3.8-liter V6 (standard across all grades), and extended warranty. The 2020 Hyundai Palisade starts at $31,550.
2020 Buick Encore GX

The 2020 Encore GX is a new addition to the Buick lineup, slotting between the smaller Encore and the larger Envision. Its designed to have all the hallmarks of modern Buick design in a right-sized package for empty nesters who need slightly more space than the Encore allows. The Encore GX will be arriving at dealerships soon.
2020 Cadillac CT4 & CT5

The 2020 CT4 and CT5 make up the new core of the Cadillac sedan lineup. They showcase the future of the brand from interior design to technology to powertrains. The CT4 is smaller than the CT5. New V-Series versions of the models have been announced. The CT5 starts at $36,895. Pricing for the CT4 had not yet been announced at the time of publication.
2020 Nissan Titan
TitanNissan has given the Titan a thorough refresh for the 2020 model year, adding new high-tech features, a new center stack design, fresh exterior accents, and more differentiations between grades. They’ve also simplified the truck’s lineup in response to customer and dealer suggestions. AutomotiveMap’s team was one of the first to put the new Titan to the test last November.
2020 Hyundai Venue

The Palisade is Hyundai’s largest SUV and the new Venue is its smallest. Designed for urban dwellers, the Venue bills itself as “small, agile and not fragile.” It’s a subcompact SUV that competes directly with the Nissan Kicks. The 2020 Hyundai Venue starts at $17,250 before incentives.
2020 Chevrolet Corvette

AutomotiveMap was one of the first outlets in the county to test drive the Corvette last October, right after it was unveiled. The new model features a mid-engine format but keeps some of the hallmarks that last-gen had, like inspiration from a fighter jet for its body design. The 2020 Corvette is on sale now and starts under $60,000.

The Telluride has been one of the hottest-selling SUVs this year and it’s worth a look for any family wanting more bang for their buck out a large SUV. The three-row model has been lauded for its unique exterior, refined interior, and off-road prowess. The 2020 Kia Telluride starts at $31,690.
2021 Chevrolet Tahoe

The Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe have been completely redesigned for the 2021 model year. Their makeover is apparent from top to bottom, with a sizeable grille in between. Their interiors feature the latest convenience and safety features buyers are looking for with added legroom for the new model year.
2021 Kia Seltos

Kia’s newest subcompact crossover looks like it should be for city residents but don’t let its looks fool you. Kia is touting the SUV’s road-to-trail readiness in addition to its high-tech interior and long warranty. The 2021 Kia Seltos will come in 12 paint jobs when it goes in sale in early 2020.
2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E

The Ford Mustang Mach-E was the belle of the ball at the L.A. Auto Show where it debuted. This electric vehicle is geared more for performance than grocery getting. When it goes on sale, the Mustang Mach-E will come in several variants, with ranges that go up along with the price tag. Interested buyers can reserve their Mustang Mach-E online or at their dealership today.
2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer

This Chevy Trailblazer not like the one you grew up knowing. Now it’s a subcompact crossover that’s more closely related to the 2021 Kia Seltos than the 2021 Chevrolet Suburban with two rows of seating, a low-powered engine, and just enough back seat space for short trips. The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer goes on sale later in 2020.
2020 Toyota 4Runner Trail

Toyota is packing the 4Runner Trail with equipment to make it an ideal camping vehicle. It has dark gray TRD Off-Road wheels, a Yakima LoadWarrior rooftop cargo basket, and a custom, lockable 40-quart cooler and sliding cargo tray. The model will go on sale this summer.
2020 Ford Escape

Ford sells the Escape around the world under different names, but the Louisville, Kentucky SUV was designed with the U.S. audience in mind. The compact SUV can store more cargo than ever, has gotten a significant increase in second-row legroom, and a massive technology upgrade. The 2020 Escape is on sale now.
2021 Genesis GV80
The Genesis GV80 is the Korean automaker’s first luxury SUV. It packs a punch with looks that combine the Genesis G90 with the Bentley Bentayga and appointments befitting a much more expensive vehicle. This is the SUV that John Legend and Chrissy Teigen were promoting in their Super Bowl ad. The model goes on sale later this year.
2020 Subaru Outback

Like many of the vehicles on this list, the Subaru Outback has undergone a ground up redesign for the 2020 model year. It delivers more of what last-get Outback owners have asked for while not straying far from the typical Outback mold. The wagon is on sale now.
2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport

Following the trend of luxury European automakers, Volkswagen has smushed down the roof on its popular three-row SUV, the Atlas, to make the two-row 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross. The fastback SUV is the first to wear the new Volkswagen badging and refreshed “R”. The Atlas Cross goes on sale later this year.

The Ford Explorer was redesigned from the ground up for the 2020 model year. It has more passenger space, standard rear-wheel drive, and is available with a hybrid powertrain. The automaker recently announced that a new XLT Sport Appearance Package will be available on the 2021 model in response to customer demands. The 2020 Explorer is on sale now.
2021 Toyota GR Supra

Last year, Toyota presented a number of special Supra builds at SEMA. This year the company is hitting the local auto show circuit showing off its 2021 Toyota GR Supra with a fresh four-cylinder engine and a special edition model. The 2021 Supra was just unveiled at the Daytona 500. The 2020 Toyota Supra is on sale now. The 2021 model goes on sale later this year.
2020 Nissan Sentra

Nissan has completely redesigned the Sentra for the 2020 model year, making it into a big of a mini Maxima. This new 2020 Nissan Sentra features a sportier design, upgraded interior, and a good list of standard safety technologies. It also has a more powerful engine that helps make this compact sedan fun to drive. The 2020 Sentra is on sale now.
2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
The most powerful entry in the Ford Mustang lineup has arrived. It has signature Mustang looks mixed with signature Shelby performance. The heart of the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is a hand built, supercharged 5.2-liter aluminum alloy V8 engine produces 760 horsepower and 625 pound-feet of torque. The car is on sale now.
