The 2021 Dodge Challenger is mostly unchanged from the 2020 model year, but there are a few new options including an available God Rush paint job. The paint color was initially introduced on the 50th Anniversary Limited Edition commemorating the Challenger’s golden anniversary.
The special paint job is available on 2021 Challenger T/A, T/A 392, SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye models. SRT models in Gold Rush require the Satin Black hand-painted hood, roof and decklid.
The expansion comes on the heels of Dodge offering up a 807-horsepower Challenger as part of a horsepower infusion to th lineup earlier this year.

“Dodge offers a wide variety of performance models and powertrains, but we also have the same mindset when it comes to our extensive exterior color options,” said Tim Kuniskis, Global Head of Alfa Romeo and Head of Passenger Cars – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America. “By bringing back Gold Rush to a few of our 2021 Challenger models, we’re giving our enthusiasts yet another option to make their muscle car even more unique.”
In addition to the paint color, Dodge is making the Challenger R/T Scat Pack Shaker and T/A 392 available with a Widebody Package for the new model year. Twenty-inch wheels are now standard on Challenger GT AWD and available on Challenger SXT AWD. SRT branding has been added to Brembo brakes on Challenger SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye. Those brakes are available on Challenger Scat Pack models.
Dealers can begin ordering Gold Rush on 2021 Dodge Challenger models this month. Initial deliveries of 2021 Dodge Challenger models are expected to arrive at dealerships early next year.
