The Dodge Challenger and Charger are being discontinued after 2023, and to send them out in style, the automaker is releasing a series of special edition models. The Charger and Challenger Scat Pack Swinger are the latest in the series.

The Dodge Challenger and Charger are dead after 2023, but the automaker is sending them out in style. Dodge will roll out seven unique edition models of the cars by the SEMA show in November, and it just announced the third model in the series. The Dodge Challenger and Charger Scat Pack Swinger Special Edition models feature retro-inspired style and unique accents that set them apart from standard models.

Dodge will only build 1,000 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T and 2023 Dodge Charger models. They retain the standard cars’ 6.4-liter Hemi V8 making 485 horsepower. That substantial power reaches the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and is good enough to send the Challenger from 0-60 mph in the low four-second range.

To differentiate the Swinger models from standard Scat Pack cars, Dodge equips 20-inch wheels and unique exterior graphics with gold accents and graphics. The cars come in retro F8 green paired with white and light green accents. Cabin upgrades include wood-like aluminum bezel textures, Nappa leather and Alcantara upholstery with green stitching and a green Dodge logo, and Singer badges.

You might need to travel if you’re hoping to get your hands on a Swinger or other Last Call model. Dodge says all models in the series will be allocated to specific dealerships and notes that hopeful buyers should head to DodgeGarage.com to find ordering details and pricing. Three more cars are set for debut before September 21, so Dodge will be busy the next few weeks. The seventh and final car will be revealed at the 2022 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, scheduled for November 1-4, 2022.
